This is the reason for being so little female leaders in this world, it is society suppressing women, degrading them. It’s not the women not being “good enough” for being leaders. My generation, the ones before and after mine are still under this influence and it won’t get any damn better if we don’t try to make it better. Making a minimum percentage of the female leadership needed for companies would help, because it would engage women to seek for greater things - but that would require a lot and one of them would be NOT reducing them to their looks. Which I think is pretty hard for people - especially men, which ARE the current leaders. I think for once we need to put a goddamn loud “HURRAY!” for Denmark, Germany and other countries for having female leaders.
